How long does it take to receive my order?

DELIVERY TIME ranges from 2 to 8 business days, depending on the required destination distance, which means weekends and holidays should not be taken into account.

Where can I find the status of my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the relevant carrier.

Are there shipping costs?

Yes, the fixed SHIPPING COST within the European Union is 7.99 euros. The service is FREE for purchases equal to or greater than 99 euros.

Are there shipping costs for exchanges or returns?

Shipping for EXCHANGE of goods is always FREE; only one exchange request is allowed per purchase.

The cost for returning goods for a RETURN is 7.99 euros.

(REQUESTS FOR EXCHANGE OR FINAL RETURN must be made via email within 14 days of receiving the package).
