These Terms and Conditions define the conditions applicable to sales made between, on one hand, those wishing to make a purchase (hereinafter the "Customer") through the website and, on the other hand, the company NANÌ S.n.c. whose trade name is ANIMALFREE STYLE, based in Spoleto (IT) Via Francesca Morvillo, 89 - 06049 - registered with VAT number IT03525040543. These conditions apply exclusively to non-commercial individuals.


Customers can purchase through the website The order implies the irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions. These sales conditions are subject to change; the applicable conditions are those in force on the site at the time of the order.


Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of products available for sale. NANÌ S.n.c. commits to fulfilling orders received on the site only within the limits of available stock of products. In the absence of availability of one or more ordered products, in the case of a failure to update the site promptly, the company NANÌ S.n.c. commits to communicating this promptly to the Customer. The customer's order will be automatically canceled and refunded.


All product prices are indicated with taxes included, excluding shipping. NANÌ S.n.c. reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of order confirmation and remain the property of NANÌ S.n.c. until full payment is received. The price will be payable in full in one installment. All prices on the NANÌ S.n.c. site include 22% VAT.


NANÌ S.n.c. processes orders from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), with an average delay of 48 hours. At certain times (especially during sales, holidays,...), the processing time may be longer due to the higher number of orders to process. In addition to this delay, there is the transportation and delivery time of orders, provided by various delivery services based on the country. The maximum delivery period, including transport, is 15 working days from the order confirmation date, unless expressly specified. In all cases, the customer automatically receives an email informing them of the shipment and status of their order. NANÌ S.n.c. will do everything in its power to deliver the order to the delivery address, within the expected delivery times. The buyer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address. In case of problems during the shipment of an order, following a delivery error (error attributable to the buyer), the company NANÌ S.n.c. cannot be held responsible for the loss of the shipment.


As soon as the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number and the responsible carrier. The expected delivery time varies from 2 to 8 working days, meaning weekends and holidays are not to be considered.

Fixed SHIPPING cost in Europe: 7.99 euros - FREE Service for purchases equal to or greater than 99 euros.

NANÌ S.n.c. does not ship outside of the European Union.


Payment for purchases will be made using a credit card (Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard) through PayPal/Prestashop Checkout. The order will be registered after payment acceptance by the secure payment service. The customer must enter the type of card, name on the card, card number, expiry date, and security code on the back of it, in the places provided for this purpose. Payment on the customer's bank account will be charged at the time of the order. NANÌ S.n.c. implements all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the web and on the site. As such, the site uses a module that provides encryption of the customer's credit card banking data, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Contact information will never be transmitted in clear text over the network.


The warranty covers manufacturing defects concerning the product itself. The warranty covers all products purchased on our site. Defects caused by wear, visible on the product or accessory, must be considered as normal consequences of use.

The warranty does not apply:

to damage resulting from improper use;

to intentionally caused damage;

to normal wear and aging of the materials used.

ARTICLE 8 Bis / Return Terms

FREE EXCHANGE RETURN - Regarding returns with a product exchange request, the seller must be informed via email to Customer Service (, who will send the waybill to attach to the package; subsequently, the package must be delivered to the courier, with home collection. Obviously, the product must be intact, not worn, and accompanied by its packaging; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Following a verification of integrity and perfect correspondence to what was initially sold, the seller will refund the customer the amount paid for the purchase, minus the shipping costs (7.99 euros), costs that the customer can recover by using a discount code for their second purchase. The seller will commit to sending the customer the discount code via email, which will be valid for 15 days.

FREE RETURN WITH RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - The right of withdrawal can be exercised from the moment of contract conclusion up to 14 days after receiving the goods (art. 65 Consumer Code). Clearly, the customer will be released and entitled to the return of what they paid to the seller, net of delivery costs (if paid at the time of purchase) and return shipping (fixed cost 7.99 euros) always borne by the customer, only following verification of integrity and perfect correspondence to what was initially sold. To make the return, it will be necessary to communicate the request via email to Customer Service ( and subsequently deliver the package to the home courier, attaching, for the shipment, the waybill that the seller will commit to sending via email. The refund will occur free of charge, in the shortest possible time and in any case within 30 days from the date on which the seller became aware of the customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal. The amounts are considered refunded within the terms, if they are actually returned, shipped, or re-credited with a currency not later than the expiration of the term previously indicated.


All elements of the NANÌ S.n.c. site, both visual and audio, trademarks or patents of the respective producers/brands, are protected by copyright. Total or partial reproduction, modification, or use of these trademarks, and more generally that of other intellectual property rights related to the site, for any reason and on any support without the prior explicit consent of the company NANÌ S.n.c., are strictly prohibited.


These conditions are subject to Italian Law. In case of dispute, NANÌ S.n.c. and the customer will try to resolve it amicably, through Customer Service ( If there is a failure in the transaction, the competent court in case of dispute will be that of Spoleto.


Your data will be processed in compliance with the rules provided by the "privacy regulation code" and used only to fulfill the fiscal and accounting obligations in force. They will not be transmitted to third parties.
