Destinations, charges and delivery
We deliver to all 27 European Union countries and Monaco. Other non-EU destinations are not served. Standard delivery costs €7.99 and is free for purchases of €99 or more. Check the final delivery charge before payment. Orders are normally processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, within 48 hours. Transit usually takes 2–8 working days depending on destination; the overall delivery commitment is 15 working days from confirmation unless expressly agreed otherwise.
When dispatched, an email provides the carrier and tracking. Check your address before confirming and report errors promptly. Contact info@animalfreestyle.com for missing, damaged or delayed parcels. Photos may help but are not an absolute condition for statutory rights. Risk normally remains with the seller until physical delivery to you or your nominated third party; the statutory exception for a carrier independently selected by the consumer remains applicable.
One size/product exchange per purchase is free, requested within 14 days of receipt and subject to availability. A refund return organised by the shop costs €7.99 for return transport. See the terms of sale.
