Controller, purposes and legal bases

Identity, contact, address, account and order data are used for precontractual requests, orders, payment, delivery, returns, warranty and support (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); accounting and tax obligations rely on legal obligation (6(1)(c)); proportionate security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests (6(1)(f)).
Order messages are separate from optional marketing. Consent-based newsletters can be refused or withdrawn without affecting purchases. Required data are necessary to perform the requested service; optional data are not compulsory.
Recipients, retention and rights
Authorised staff and hosting, payment, transport, logistics and support providers receive only the data needed for their activities, according to their actual role as processor or independent controller. Delivery details may be shared with AUCTANE S.L.U. / Packlink and, for manufacturer-direct shipments, BOTTEGA AMATI S.R.L., NOAH or NAE. Provider contact details:

Account data are retained to manage the account and customer relationship; after closure, only data needed for legal obligations or legal claims are retained. Orders, payments and tax documents follow applicable tax, accounting and dispute periods. Support and withdrawal requests are retained to handle the case and related disputes. Consent-based marketing data are processed until consent is withdrawn, except records needed to document choices and respect objections. Logs and backups are retained for security and recovery, without incompatible reuse. Data are deleted or anonymised when purposes and obligations end. Cookie and consent-receipt durations are described in the cookie policy. Contact info@animalfreestyle.com for the period applicable to a specific processing activity. Transfers outside the EEA use applicable GDPR Chapter V safeguards.
Processing may use electronic tools and, when necessary, paper records, with authorised staff and proportionate security measures. Access and processing are limited to the purposes described in this notice.
Request access, correction, erasure where applicable, restriction, objection and portability where applicable at info@animalfreestyle.com. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Italian supervisory authority. The usual response period is one month, subject to GDPR Article 12 extensions. Erasure does not remove statutory retention duties.
Withdrawal declaration data
The function processes name, email, contract reference, full/partial scope and optional details, time, declaration and receipt for contract handling and withdrawal obligations (GDPR 6(1)(b) and (c)). No account or marketing consent is required. Authorised personnel can consult a restricted register. Pseudonymous browser and network identifiers protect receipts and limit abuse under legitimate security interests; existing order data are not disclosed. Declaration retention follows contractual and legal-claim needs and must be specified in the business policy.
